Over 15 performers playing 2 songs apiece starting at 8:00 pm: We go from 8:00 to 11:30 pm – I’ll do my best to accommodate folks, but this is the tentative order of performers: Brian Jantzi, Michelle Lecce, Sean Peever, Peter Mathieson, The Curries, Jean Baillargeon, Joanne Crabtree, Glen Gary, Herb Dale, Tony Hanik, Lynn Harrison, Harpin Norm Lucien,David McLachlan, Ruth Jenkins, Philomene Hoffman, Brian Gladstone.
I think there might be a few folks who can play a Christine Gaidies song – that would be great (but not required). I hope even the performers can donate a little bit of CASH to the CAUSE – which is to raise funds to finish Christine’s next CD which she was working on when she passed.
The performers on this night should be very proud – you are the folks (and the Folkies) Christine loved – you are the Cream of Toronto’s Underground Folk Community – spread the word and let’s make this happen! I’m told Christopher Crumb, Christine’s love and light, will be there!
